SHIPPING INFORMATION
Our shipping rates are based on the number of items being shipped and the number of different shipping addresses. Prices are for USPS ground shipping to anywhere within the U.S. (including Alaska and Hawaii). Please feel free to contact us for information on international shipping.

Standard Delivery
Orders will arrive within 5 to 7 days, following payment authorization. Standard delivery is available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, Rural Routes, APO, or FPO addresses. United States Postal Service – U.S.P.S. handles all standard deliveries.

Deliveries are made only Monday through Friday (holidays excluded).

We do ship or bill orders internationally. If you are outside of the United States or its territories, please contact us for shipping quote.   

Express Shipping
Orders placed by 11:59 pm ET will ship the next business day, pending payment verification, and should arrive the following business day after the ship date. Express shipping is not available for Saturday or Sunday deliveries. Express delivery is not available for shipping to P.O. boxes, Rural Routes, APO, or FPO addresses.

International Shipping Methods 
International orders are shipped USPS (United States Postal Service). Delivery in 10-14 business days (for in-stock items only)

Customs and Import Duties
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. Formal N Things does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

ORDER TRACKING
Tracking Packages
To help you track the status of your shipment, we will include an order tracking number or a delivery confirmation number (United States Postal Service). On the Order Status page, you can check the status of your delivery by clicking directly on the Tracking Number.

If you have your tracking number, you can also check on the status of your delivery by US Postal Service directly.

RETURN / REFUND POLICY
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.

Items may be returned within 20 calendar days of purchase if they are UNUSED (meaning no soil, or residue of any kind, and in like new condition)

Return shipping charges and original shipping charges are NOT refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund will be issued within three weeks after product has been inspected.

All returnable items must be accompanied by the following:

  • Original packing
  • Instructions
  • Copy of sales invoice

Non-Returnable Items
1. Items not purchased from Formalnthings.com
2. Products that have been modified or altered in any way
3. Specialty items including any personalized items, custom ordered items
4. Items that have been worn or damaged by customer
5. Items that are not returned within 20 days

We will refund or exchange any of our products that are damaged in shipping, are shown to have factory defects, or any items that does not meet your complete satisfaction. Refunds or Exchanges will not be given to products that have been used or damaged from customer misuse or neglect. Formalnthings.com will not refund any shipping or return shipping costs unless it is because of a shipment error or damaged item.

Exchanges
To exchange any of our products , you have to notify us.. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to Formal N Things error.

Expedite your Request: To expedite your exchange we recommend you place a new order and return the merchandise back to us for a refund.
Note: If a new order is not placed we will not ship any new items until we receive the item being exchanged.
